Trees, shrubs and perennials have been chosen for their year-round visual beauty (blooms, foliage, autumn and winter colors) as well as for their botanical interest or rarity. Two collections - pieris and daphnes - are accredited by the Conservatoire des collections végétales spécialisées (CCVS). The garden also boasts a large collection of labeled magnolias, Cornus, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, wisteria, peonies and clematis. 1st national "Top des Parcs" prize in 2006 and Bonpland prize in 2009.
